MDF: Medium-density fibreboard (MDF) is a wood derivative made of wood, fibers and wood residues combined with wax and a resinous binder, which, by applying high pressure and temperature, takes the desired shape, usually panels different dimensions.
It is denser than particleboard, and is widely used in furnishings on large surfaces lined with wood veneer.
